Order returns

<p>To whom this may concern,</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased the "Royalty Home 18-Piece Cookware Set" from your site and after some research discovered that the product is not what I wanted. I tried calling your *** helpdesk but your phone was looping on the "welcome to groupon, please press 1 for sales" for a full 15 minutes....I then followed your returns link but because I coulnd't find the" Manufacturer,Product Description,Model Number" I couldn't complete the return. Your *** was useless. I tried getting assistance and this guy just pointed me to your returns site and said I must call your helpdesk....I asked him what is the Manufacturer, product description and model number and till today he has not even bothered with replying to this information. His name is Nasrudeen Matthews. I even told him if I don't get a reply I will log this on HelloPeter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm a regular customer of Groupon but this support service I received for the last deal was atrocious.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please resolve and take back the purchase.</p> <p> </p> <p>Groupon Support ticket: #***2</p>
