Order of goods not delivered, continued non respon

Groupon, ordered cast iron pots red on the 18th October 2015. Delivery is expected for not more than 14 days. Paid up front. Phoned company through call centre, made 30 calls, either no response or when responded they say the system is down, phone tomorrow. Bought previously have had mixed results. We also ordered CCTV cameras and PV but never worked and company also was not prepared to refund. Have bought other goods which were exceptional and service was good.
