Order not reflecting, website not user friendly

I have experienced bad service from Groupon before and this time its worse, the *** call center number doesnt work the website is not user friendly i can easy say Groupon is useless. I have ordered an Elemental Fitness Two-in One Blue Heatwave Corset - Medium for R249 with this payment *** on the 27/10/2015 and paid the same day, on the 28/102015 my order was not reflecting under my groupons. The frustrating part is that there is no one that can assist me i have sent an email to Groupon Customer Service [Email Removed] and got a response that i will be contacted in two day and if i require urgent assistant i must contact the call centre but no one answers the phone i dont think it even works.<br> Groupon customer service is pathetic they really need to work hard on it.
