Order delivered - Item incomplete!!!

I ordered and item and was patient waiting 7-10working days to receive my order.<br> The item arrived and I was pleased.<br> It was an item that needs to be assembled.<br> I started assembling the item, which we all know too well is a very timely task.<br> <br> Half way through I discovered that all the things needed to assemble the item was not included in the box!<br> <br> I was furious!!!<br> <br> I then email Groupon for a return or refund - No response!<br> <br> Call the call centre - On hold until I am supposedly number 1 in the queue and the call drops!<br> <br> Someone better call me straight away!<br> <br> I don't want a replacement anymore!! I want my money back!!<br> <br> I am put off completely!!
