Order 1.. Get 2.. and pay for 2..!!

The ordering 1, get 2 and pay for 2 bit, I could still understand. (Pro-active business practises are always applaudable..!) But the treatment by Benjamin in my attempt to return the un-ordered, unwanted (paid-for) second item was a bit much.
