online item out of stock

<p>I purchased an order online delivery stated item will be delivered in 11 working days. Today was the 11th day I called in and was told my order was going to be escalated, few hours later I called and the consultant told me I have been refunded due to the fact that the item is out of stock however the item was still currently online which means someone else out there will purchase item and will wait 11 days for them to be told item is not available. Was told refund will take 5 working days now I have to wait for that because I could buy item elsewhere!</p>
