One of my Purchases is gone under my account

Good day<br> <br> On the 27/11 I bought 3 products, a phone, laptop and sofa bed, on friday the 4 December all my purchases was still under my account name under my Groupon account, the last two days it is missing, gone, and i have been phoning and sending emails and NO answer!!!
