not yet refunded

why does an enquiry take more than a week to fix. i want a refund period! i am not asking for anything free. retailers are too quick to take your money and make you wait forever to be refunded. its ridiculous. i simply do not have the time to run after you people. please refund me now. i have waited almost 2 weeks to get this sorted out.
