Non-delivery of products

I placed my order on 27 November 2015 and was notified via e-mail that I'll receive my products within 10 working days. To date I haven't received any of my ordered products and I've no correspondence (cell phone or e-mail) to confirm date, time and address of the delivery. I won't recommend that ANYONE order anything from Groupon South Africa's Goods section, ever.
