No support from Groupon

I purchased the iLearn tablet for my son for his birthday this year. Received it on 10 November 2015. Switched it on for the first time on 26 November 2015 on his birthday. <br> <br> Two weeks later, the tablet switches itself off after 5 minutes of use. The tablet is fully charged. I have requested support from Groupon via the form on their website. According to their site, the turn around is 24 hours. Their response is an email asking me to call their call centre which never answers. I have sent a reply to their email which goes to [Email Removed] and have had no response.<br> <br> I spent R999 on this tablet and it may not seem like much in Groupon's scheme of things but it is to me. Further to that, I have a child who looked forward to that tablet and work his butt off at school to earn it but now cannot use it.
