No stock comment, twice!

Twice now i've ordered a product, to which i get rep**** to there is no stock. Time number 1 it took them 10 working days to figure that out. Time number 2 they send me a cheap knock-off product with ripped packaging. They did come and collect it, and after i was assured by the employee that my product was on it's way and i will be receiving it during the week...I had to reply him with \i'm still waiting"...He then rep**** the item is out of stock! how the???? """
