No service delivery

I placed an order in December 2014. It was not delivered on time so it cost me more money to go buy additional gifts. Then months later my order was cancelled and GroupOn gave me \credits\"! no refund of my money.<br> <br> I then used these credits in September 2015 to order prints again. Yet again it cost me more money because I was told that my prints were loaded and ready and would be here by Christmas, but it never arrived so I had to go buy more gifts! <br> <br> Now I get told it will be cancelled again & I will get credits! Basically I have been **** to because I was told via email that my orders were done and would be delivered by 18 December. <br> <br> Right now I never want to EVER do business with GroupOn again. Pathetic service. I have even paid the provider the cash for the courier fees! Now they want to cancel the order! I am pretty sure that the Consumer Protection Act protects me against shady business like this and right now I am considering legal action against GroupOn. <br> <br> I want my order delivered or I want the cash (for the vouchers and courier fees) refunded into my bank account. I paid the cash to Groupon in DECEMBER 2014 and still have nothing to show for it! I do Not want credits!"
