No service call center you hold 30min to an hour

Like I dont understand how you people work,<br> I have sent several emails to Yusuf and customer care no response, first you know a person holds on the line for 30min I am not sure if you dont have stuff or what next time will attach the call, caller number 36 in this day an age ever heard of MIS workforce, UNACEPTABLE, really. you took my money can you refund me now as the is no service, I have zero understanding in your service very useless I should say I would never call or do business with you guys. you have no customer service I will post this till I am heard.
