NO SERVICE AT ALL

I made some purchases from time to time from Groupon. The last purchase was made I think about 6 months ago .....to find out 3 months later they did not have stock. I send some mails to Shouneez Williams requesting a read receipt. None of my 8 emails was responded to (or opened for that matter). This morning I phoned twice...8H00 to hear she is in a meeting and 10H30 to told by Luke from Call Centre she will phone me back in 5 minutes which never happened. I have a R 800 rand credit on my account that I want to be paid back into my account. I want the money to be refunded ASAP
