No sale or after sale service

<p>I bought a tablet on a Groupon special. It is only 9 months old and no longer charges. I have gone online to try and get assistance in finding out who supp**** me the tablet so I can determine if it is still under warranty without success. I have no idea how to get assistance on this issue. I am reassured that my decision to stop using Groupon after this purchase was in fact the right one.</p>
