No response to query

I bought a Groupon voucher for Shutter Extreme Photography which I tried to use on 5 January 2016. Shutter Extreme do not appear to exist, so on the 5 January 2016 I actually managed to talk to someone at Groupon to complain. Their service coming back to me has been nothing but appalling!!! I had requested a refund as the merchant did not exist, well when Groupon eventually answered one of my mails they advised that they had paid the refund into my Groupon account!!! I am very unhappy with Groupon and definately did not want a refund to an account with them as this is not the first time that I have dealt with a dud buy from them, I wanted a refund back to my credit card. Well trying to communicate with them is proving to be an absolute nightmare!! You can NEVER talk to them as their phone system is a problem and they only give you an option to email them and then they dont bother to reply!!!! A real **** of a business.
