No response to mails, No answer of phones

I purchased a Groupon on 4 December and it specifically stated that delivery will be made before Christmas. However I have not received my item which is a gift, there is no response to email, no response to the ticket logged on group and when contacting the call centre you have an automated message saying there's high call volumes and please mail Groupon instead.<br> <br> I'm disgusted in the level of service you actually receive in South Africa with this company.
