No response or communication regarding my refund

In November I purchased a faux bed from groupon I paid the amount into their account sand expected delivery beginning of December, there was no delivery up to 15 days then I contacted them. They said there was some fault in the purchase therefore they will refund me. I waited the whole of December for my refund with no luck. Now in January im still making contact to find out whats the delay with no luck still. I need my money back please help me
