No response on refund or damaged goods returned

I purchased a chest of drawers from Groupon. When the package arrived, I found that the wooden boards provided were poor quality chip boards, that were cracked when you try to ***** the boards together. I requested a return, the damaged goods was collected and four weeks later, I am yet to receive a response from Groupon as to when my payment will be refunded to me.
