No response on my refund!

I purchased a nail voucher for Oh lah lah nails. Two days later I wanted to cancel my order so as I have a 7 day cooling off period I followed the steps and emailed Groupon to cancel my purchase. I made the purchase on 27 of September. I then emailed on the 29 September and got NO RESPONSE. I then emailed again on 2 October and STILL NO RESPONSE!! <br> <br> When does GROUPON plan on RESPONDING!!! <br> <br> Regards<br> Sandra Arraiol
