No response AT ALL.

I bought a voucher to go to Bruno the psychic on 16 July 2015. When making the booking I was told by Janet that they were fully booked for this promotion, and that they had instructed groupon a few days prior, to STOP selling the voucher as they were fully booked. To this day, 11 August 2015, I have had absolutely no response from Groupon regarding this matter, 3 or 4 emails later. They should be shut down, as this is actually theft of my money
