NO RESPONSE AND UNABLE TO CONTACT CALL CENTRE

I ordered a pair of pants from Groupon for delivery 3 weeks ago. When ordering via the website, I changed the physical address, however when I received the groupon confirmation the delivery address was my previous residence. I sent an email requesting they change it, but got no response. When I tried phoning the call centre, I was caller number 32, so I waited for nearly half an hour. When I eventually got through the call was disconnected. I cannot get through to Groupon at all. I have not received my package. I am not impressed with the service of Groupon, I have been a customer for nearly 2 years, and I am considering never to purchase from Groupon again.
