No response

On the 27th November i bought a deal to rotate tyres and alignment. From that date when i logged on it kept saying processing.....i contacted Groupon and was informed that the deal takes three days to clear up. What the consultant was saying is just a lot of air as i purchased deals before and by the end of business day the voucher is ready. I just logged on and found that there is nothing on my account as far as that deal is concerned. I am now sitting here not knowing what to expect. Since Tuesday i have been calling their offices but no one answers. I have sent emails but still no response. This company is trying to rip me of my hard earned cash. I demand my voucher.
