No response

I ordered a small gas water heater on 14 July 2015. Up until now I haven't received a receipt or my product. It was supposed to be delivered within 14 working days, it's been more than a month. They don't respond to emails. The only response I get is to tell me that they are too busy to answer my email. They also don't answer their phones. I am getting very impatient. When I log in on their website, it shows that I purchased the item and that I should check my emails for the receipt, but I haven't received a receipt.
