No reponse and no delivery. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased a item on groupon and it says delivery within 14 days. i have not received anything and the customer service also doesnt get back to me. when submitting a query it says <br> Thanks for contacting us!<br> <br> A member of our Customer Support team will reach out to you as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours).<br> but when you receive the e-mail it says Thank you very much for contacting Groupon Customer Service. We have received your query and a Groupon customer consultant will contact you within 3 - 5 working days.<br> <br> This is contradictory and the service sucks
