No refunds for their fault

I purchased a Groupon using an eft and requested a refund the next day. The money went out of my accounts and into theirs and they refuse to refund it saying that it should have been returned. I have contacted my bank several times with confirmation that the money was received into their account. This is ridiculous. Never buy from these theifs.
