No Refunds after a month

Its now exactly one month and i still dont have my R1799 refunded into my account. Groupon are full of promises but lack customer service. I hope consumers dont get ****med by this company. Their deals sound superb, but theres always something fishy. Groupon sucks. Pathetic service.
