no refund yet

I had purchased 3 groupon deals. 2 were for photoshoots and 1 for the corsette. The guy doing the photoshoots kept rescheduling since early this year. Still awaiting a refund on this.then purchased a corsette. Got an email from groupon saying they had tried to contact me for delivery but could not reach me and they had to cancel my order and I would be refunded. 2 months later they say that my payment didn't go through and they don't owe me a refund. But I have the payment going off my account. Now they saying they are looking into it. We are now 4 months into queries with no response. Tried calling the call centre. Left on hold for 30min at a time when someone then answers and says sorry we are offline, we will have to call you back. And then there is still no response
