No Refund Received for Cancelled Order

I purchased a set of pots (Royalty 16 Piece Steel Cookware) on Groupon Mid- Feb 2016, however due to network problems as I was trying to confirm the order 3 orders went through for the same item. I informed Groupon the following day and I was informed by email that the additional 2 orders were cancelled however no refund has been made to this day. In addition all three Groupon Vouchers shows that the pots were redeemed where I only received one set. Security codes for all three are : 657AFF754C, 249BB2C480, 791AA14920<br> <br> I have been communicating numerous time on email and by calling to request my refund however its still empty promises upto this day. If Groupon is failing to pay me back then its better to deliver those orders and I will try and sell them myself. I a deeply disappointed by the empty promises to be called back and to say it will be sorted out while it does not. It over 2 months in communication with Groupon over a refund. I have kept all my emails. The ticket number for this query is #***0<br> <br> I have purchased a lot of thing on Groupon but after this experience I will never and also advise others not to because this is purely *****ing from innocent people.
