No refund received after a month and a half

I odered a securety cctv system from Groupon which was faulty and returned.<br> The returned goods reached Groupon on the 4 Jan 2016 on the 4 of Feb 2016 they notified me that wmy refund is being processed and that the money should be back in my account with in 5 working days.<br> <br> We are currently at the 22 Feb 2016 and I still have not received any refund.<br> The amount for the goods was R2800 and not a small amount of money.
