No refund given and cannot reach the owner

I bought a voucher (Futurebound leisure) Paradiso romantico. Checked out on the 27th Apr. Thandeka confirmed all was in order and I sent my banking details for my R2500 refund. I've been calling the office since the 28th Apr for this, leaving messages, emails to no luck. I was told Carla has my details and will do the transfer but I haven't received anything and whenever I call I either hols forever, get an excuse there's just no eagerness to assist. I was told Carla has lots of businesses and is always busy unfortunately I don't and I'm relying on those funds. I got this deal through Groupon and after seeing other complaints from people going through the same thing with this Supplier I feel Groupon has to intervene. The Consumer protection act states I have the right to fair & honest dealings. I kept to my end of the deal but they can't keep to theirs. Please assist as this is draining & frustrating.
