No refund for poor service at massage palour

<p>I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage at Maggies Rose Spa and Beauty, however the day of our booking, they had overbooked and had insufficient staff and they were not able to massage the both of us, they said we have to take our massages separately. My partner had to wait in the car, I took the massage as I have servere back pain. I have attempted to receive a refund from Groupon for the other leg of the massage but I have not been provided with any assistance.</p>
