No refund and not contactable

<p>Before Groupon closed at the end of November 2016 I submitted a list of vouchers that needed refunding and was told via email I would be paid out. Yet no money! I have no idea how to make contact now – no one is replying to my emails and the telephone line just goes to voice message. I am sure others must also be having the same frustration?</p>
