NO REFUND!!

I purchased something on the 9th of December and never received my refund upon my return within stipulated time frame. My husband went today to groupon and they said it will take ANOTHER 5 working days!! I have a feeling I will never smell my money!! R1200 down the drain. I will never purchase from groupon again and neither will any of my friends !!
