no refund

I ordered goods paid straight away but never received confirmation after numerous emails I never had a response, had to call to find out what was going on only to be told I was not successful when I asked for my money back since they had it for over a week I was told I would have to wait, I have waited a week and still nothing. This is not acceptable, they have had my money for two week and to get through to the call centre is impossible obviously there are a lot of unhappy customers out there.
