No Refund

I spoke to a Groupon person over the phone to make sure that I was aloud to buy more tickets than just 2 for a Bier Fest, I was guaranteed I could buy 6 tickets. I did this and an email came back saying unable process. This put me R387.00 out of pocket. I called and spoke to another person who again guarenteed I was allowed to buy 6 tickets and there was no reason to wait for the refund it would be processed that day. I bought another 6 tickets at R387.00 again. I also bought 2 tickets for the Photo and Film Expo at R100.00. 2 weeks down the line I called to find out where my tickets were or at least a confirmation of payment. The person said they would find out what had happened. I am still waiting for the call and the refund now of R874.00. I have spoken to so many people and they all promise the earth. I have received two emails saying that the amount had been paid into my account but can't provide proof and it most certainly is not in my account. I am so sick and tired of this charade I could platz.
