NO REFUND- 2 MONTHS

i bought a deal that groupon cancelled. when requesting my refunding was asked to submit proof of claims and after 7 submittions, and several calls, still no refund, this is 2 months ago.on 6 Jan 16 they confirm a refund that i cant track in my bank and now I sent them my bank statement, only to receive another email from them that requests same bank statement again. *********** front line and there is no senior available to escalate my query to myself. I want my money.
