NO REFUND

Good Day, My order was for the Set of Two Elemental Lifestyle Hanging Toiletry Bags - Pink and my order was placed 12/11/2015 The wrong stock was delivered 11/12/2015 after I also had to phone and follow up the whole time the wrong bags was returned 14/12/2015 via Courier it (Waybill - cb37a2e495R) it's been a month now since I returned the stock and all I am being told is that they are looking for a solution - RIDICULOUS!!!! THE SOLUTION IS TO DO A REFUND. Your phone lines is also Currently Off probably due to all the complaints coming in. I advise that you sort this out ASAP.
