NO REFUND!!

I am wondering when is groupon going to continue to run their **** of de*****ing people of their hard earned money.<br> <br> Im still waiting for a refund which was promised to me in December for goods not deliverd... now when i try to contact them via email and telephone there is no response. <br> <br> This is so frustrating!!!
