No Receipt and Delivery

I bought and paid for a product in Group on Paintable 3D Wall Panel Tiles for R699 Including Delivery (46% Off) - Jokmokk (YM-01) and made an EFT payment on the 24/07/2015 and as per Terms and conditions it did specify that EFT transfer take 5- 7 days but until today I am able to log on to my Groupon account and see that the purchase went through successfully as it reflects on my bank statement as well but have not received any receipt and when I send a query to customer service to assist me with receipt and advise as to when will my stuff be delivered no one has responded and I have not received any feedback. I am so angry and I have told my colleagues about Groupon before I bought the stuff because it attracted me and had a lot of stuff but now I have to tell my colleagues about how unreliable and **** Groupon is. the worse service from Groupon, over promise and under deliver, pathetic company.
