No feedback / response and steeling my money

Hi bought an Aluma wallet on groupon and when I received the product and opened it the wallet didn't clip closed. I struggled with the return process and didn't get responses for months and finally eventually I managed for Groupon to collect the wallet in order to replace. Till this day, months later I still haven't received any feedback on the returned wallet and I received neither a new wallet nor my money back so groupon and the related company is now *****ing my money.<br> <br> I also completed a form for grouponworks which I submitted weeks back already and until this day also no response.<br> <br> It is difficult to find any contact details on groupon and groupon doesn't repond to queries that is done online. Your after sales service on groupon and your service with regards to groupon works is terrible, the worst ever!!!
