No feedback/ response and no delivery of goods

1st case: I purchased a beautiful necklace for my wife, with a cost of over R800.00. There has been no delivery of goods. I was then promised a refund and after 18 months and numerous e-mails that were never answered - still no goods.<br> <br> 2nd case: I purchased a coupon from Groupon to eat at Jimmy's Killer Pizza in Pretoria. When we got there - there was NO restaurant with that name. Either they gave us the wrong address of restaurant, or the place closed down. I have sent numerous emails, all unanswered - just promises of an investigation. I haven't heard anything form them.
