NO FEEDBACK REGARDING INCORRECT ORDER SENT

I have never received such ****py service from Groupon, I placed an order for a king bed frame and when it was delivered it came in two packages box 1 of 2 and box 2 of 2. The dimensions on box 1 of 2 is 183 X188CM and box 2 of 2 said 137 X188CM. According to my knowledge of bed sizes it means I was given King size as well as double. At first I thought that's how it was supposed to be until I tried assembling the bed frame, parts came together until I had to finish my assembly by putting in the 24 pieces wooden structure as the support for the mattress, I think it is called a Bed slat but I could be wrong. The pieces were 46 CM less than what the bed frame required. Next day (03 July 2015) I email [Email Removed] and up until now no response has been received. I then called Groupon on 06 July 2015 12:29 PM spoke to Vuyo who said he will escalate the matter to some projects people who are responsible for such things and still nobody got back to me. I then called Groupon again on 10 July 2015 12:28 and spoke to some lady forgot her name and from what she said it seems like my query was not even attended to, which made me very upset as a customer. I am very disappointed!
