No Feedback or Refund

Ordered gifts on Groupon for Christmas, no delivery, when I finally late Dec(after Christmas) got through to call desk, was informed supplier out of stock(wish someone called before Christmas!), but that I will be refunded. One refund came through,2nd one not. Tried calling numerous times, but you are always nr40+ in Q. Send SEVERAL emails with statement to reflect only the one refund(they requested statement) to date no reply on emails either. I have seen many people on Facebook complain they are awaiting refund as well - does this mean Im just *****ed and they are going to keep ignoring me and not refund me at all?
