No feedback on inquiry/complaint

After 6 days I am still waiting for feedback on the product that I purchased as it is not available. On the response e-mail they promise to reply within 2 working days. This morning I phoned at 8am (as this is the hours that are shown on the website, according to the automated response, they only answer calls at 8:30am. After calling again, it was suggested that I send a e-mail as they \are experiencing high call volumes"and then the line gets dropped. This is hard to believe at 8:30 in the morning"
