No feedback on emails in a week

I have sent numerous emails, the first one dating back to last week Monday and NO one has responded, I understand you are busy but waiting a full week for a response is ridiculous! <br> <br> Please could someone revert back to my emails or give me a call regarding my video camera.<br> <br> Thank You.
