No Delivery Within 10 Working Days

Groupon SA sent me a confirmation e-mail stating my product will be delivered within 10 working days. This was on 03/11/2015. The 10 days have passed, and still no delivery. I called the customer support centre earlier today and they tell me that they don't know where my order is ???<br> <br> TERRIBLE FEEDBACK !!!
