No delivery or response

I placed an order 27th November 2015. Received confirmation of address even though I did specify and they have delivered to the same address. I sent them the details and I got the 2 days response promise which I never received.<br> <br> I emailed them several times out of panick, thinking I have been ****med. I called them but their line never went through.<br> <br> Today I received a call from them, the lady just said she will escalate and call me. I have not received any feedback and I did specify that I need the goods before Friday as its a gift. They must either deliver Thursday or refund me my R8100.<br> <br> This is horrible service. The purchase invoice stated 10 days delivery but I'm still waiting.I'm not buying from groupon anymore.
