No delivery or feedback

Hi<br> <br> I would like to advise people not to buy on Groupon I bought a item on the 19th of November and it said it will take 10 working days for delivery I haven't received anything to date I called them and the guy said he escalated the problem they will get back to me within 48 hours and still to date nothing happened I bought this item especially for my wife for the holiday and now I don't even think she will be able to get it to use on holiday very bad service!!!!
