No delivery or correspondance

On the 01 Dec 2015 i ordered a Dining Table with 6 Chairs. On the 02 Dec 2015 i was sent a confirmation that my order will be delivered within 10 working days. On the 14th I sent an email requesting update nothing from Groupon worse part that really ****es me it's that their lines do not go through, we are told to email but still we don't get any assistance. I have requested a refund and i was told i must send a security code of which i did but still i haven't received a refund. I want this matter resolved as it has really inconvenienced me.
